[TWEAK] SSS Network (SPARDA Super Speed Network)

This is a tweak FOR ROOT USERS ONLY DISCOVERED BY ME (MY CUSTOM TWEAK TESTED AND WORKING ON MY DEVICE) for increase a lot the network speed.
